Mark Parkinson

Mark Parkinson is a health-care executive from Kansas. He is running for Lt. Governor on the Democratic ticket, see Kansas gubernatorial election, 2006. He recently switched parties, and he was the state GOP chairman from 1999-2003. He also served in the state House from 1991-92 and the Senate from 1993-97.
