Mark Jernigan

Mark Jernigan, a member of the Republican Party, who represented the 6th Representative District in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature, was defeated in his bid for reelection in 2004 to his House seat by Josh Green, a member of the Democratic Party. The 6th Representative District includes the areas of Kailua, Keauhou and Honokohau on the island of Hawaii.
