Linda Ichiyama

Linda Ichiyama, a Democrat, defeated Republican Garner Shimizu to represent District 31 on the Hawaii State House of Representatives on November 2, 2010. District 31 includes the areas of Moanalua, Salt Lake and Aliamanu on Oahu.
Ichiyama's predecessor representing District 31 was Glenn Wakai who ran for the Senate District 15 (Salt Lake-Foster Village) seat which was vacated by Norman Sakamoto who bid unsuccessfully for lieutenant governor.
