James Kunane Tokioka

James Kunane Tokioka, a member of the Democratic Party formerly a Republican, was a longtime member of the Kauai County Council. Tokioka was elected in 2006 to represent the 15th Representative District in the Hawaii State Legislature. The 15th Representative district includes the areas of Koloa and Lihue on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Tokioka takes the seat held by Ezra Kanoho who retired after the 2006 legislative session.
