Ezra Kanoho

Ezra Kanoho, a member of the Democratic Party, has been a member in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature since 1987. He represents the 15th representative district which includes the Lihue and Koloa areas on the island of Kauai in the state of Hawaii. Kanoho has announced his retirement from the legislature after the 2006 session.
Professionally, Kanoho has retired from being island manager and safety director for GTE Hawaiian Telephone.
Kanoho was born on September 16, 1927, in Lihue on the island of Kauai. He is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and has an AS degree from Honolulu Community College. Kanoho is married and has four children.
