Eileen Anderson

Eileen Anderson served as Hawai'i State Budget Director in the administration of Governor George R. Ariyoshi and later served as Mayor of Honolulu. In 1980, Anderson defeated popular incumbent Mayor Frank F. Fasi. She served as Mayor of Honolulu from 1981 to 1985. She was defeated by Fasi, who, having switched parties, ran as a Republican.
