Bill Knapp

Bill Knapp is a Democratic real estate developer from Des Moines, Iowa.

In November 2005, the Des Moines Register reported that he and his partner, Denny Elwell, were involved in a controversial land deal in Ankeny with the Iowa Dept. of Transportation.

He was the co-chairman of Chet Culver's 2006 gubernatorial campaign.
