Bill Heath

From dKosopedia

Bill Heath is a typical redneck Republican state legislator from Georgia. He is best known for his efforts to outlaw body piercing. Heath ran twice for the Georgia House of Representatives against longtime Speaker Tom Murphy, a Democrat. He defeated Murphy on his second try, in 2002, after Murphy suffered a stroke. He then ran for and won a seat in the State Senate. He was put in charge of the Senate Retirement Committee and then named administration floor leader by Governor Sonny Perdue, another redneck Republican. He is allied with redneck Lieutenant Governor-Elect Casey Cagle and a member of the redneck "Chips Caucus" founded by Senator Chip Pearson.
