One-time Attorney General nominee of President Clinton who withdrew her name from consideration when it was revealed that she had employed an illegal alien as a nanny for her children, and failed to pay Social Security taxes on her wages. The incident, it turned out, was indicative of a problem widespread enough that future nominees to high office in the same situation were said to have "a Zoe Baird problem."
