William Donald Schaefer

William Donald Schaefer is the former Comptroller of Maryland. He has also served as the Mayor of Baltimore and Governor of Maryland. Schaefer was 84 years old in 2006, and he seemed to delight in making derogatory comments about women and immigrants.

Schaefer lost the primary election to Montgomery County Delegate Peter Franchot.
