US Democratic Party point of view
From dKosopedia
The US Democratic Party point of view, abbreviated USDPOV or just DPOV, is a generally progressive view of world affairs and causes of human events, in which the most difficult problems and decisions in human life tend to arise from neurosis, extremes of greed and competition, and ideological rigidity and overbelief in some specific dogmas.
It resembles the more progressive views within Christianity or the mainstream of Buddhism, with a strain of collectivist thought including some elements of feminist, socialist and communal living styles. Any expansion of this paragraph will probably cause fighting!
dKosopedia:itself is a major influence on defining the USDPOV:
- maintaining a term:list to track use of terms that are incompatible with this view
- approving a list of policy terms that are approved for use in main namespace and thus in articles
- operating a reframe:namespace and more extensive FrameShop procedure to ensure that questionable terms are reframed into less questionable ones as rapidly as possible
- clarifying issue/position/arguments and a claim:namespace regarding the evidence so that debates proceed rationally
Because the Democrats attract more youth and minorities than Republicans, the DPOV may be more resonant with the new troll point of view than their propaganda. It may also be closer to a global neutral point of view that considers all non-US viewpoints as well.
