A 527 group founded by Eugene Hedlund and dedicated to providing independent political expenditures advancing the issues raised by Governor Howard Dean during his 2004 Presidential campaign.

Credited by Gov. Dean for pushing Dean to victory in the 2004 Vermont Presidential primary through strategic placement of television advertising.

Unlike most 527's that focus on small numbers of donors making outsized contributions, Hedlund focussed on aggregating numerous small donations in the Dean tradition.
