Tommy Waters

Tommy Waters (born September 27, 1965), is a member of the Democratic Party, has been reelected to represent district 51 in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature. Waters defeated Republican Wilson Ho in the general election of 2004 by a wide margin. District 51 includes the windward areas of Lanikai and Waimanalo on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii.
Rep. Waters is a trial attorney by profession.
