Todd Apo

Todd Apo, a member of the Republican Party, represents District 1 on the Honolulu City Council, having been elected to the Council in the 2004 elections. District 1 includes Ewa, Ewa Beach, Honouliuli, West Loch, Kapolei, Kalaeloa (Barber's Point), Honokai Hale and Nanakai Gardens, Ko'Olina, Nanakuli, Wai'anae, Makaha, Keaau, and Makua.
Apo graduated from Kamehameha Schools in 1985. Todd graduated from Brown University in 1989 with undergraduate degrees in computer science and economic. Apo attended the William S. Richardson Law School and completed a dual program to receive both his law degree and MBA in 1992.
After graduation, Apo clerked in the Hawaii Supreme Court for Justice Klein before starting in private practice.
In 2001, Apo began work with Ko Olina Resort & Marina. For three years, he served as the Resort's Vice President of Corporate Operations, heading the government relations efforts and focusing on operations within the Resort, including its future development.
Apo serves on numerous boards, including the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation and Hawaii's Workforce Development Council.
Apo is married to Jaime Paet and has two children.
