Soliciting Corporate Money

Texas state law makes it a felony to solicit money for political election campaigns from corporations or unions. Monies from these sources may only be used for the administration of a PAC such as for paying rent. TRMPAC is accused of using solicited funds from sources such as Enron for soliciting the public elections via mass mailing or phone banks.
