Stan Norred

Stan Norred was one of two candidates for the Libertarian Party nomination to be defeated by whoever fills the seat now held by arch-conservative Republican Tom Delay in the 22nd Congressional District of Texas, or TX-22. Norred was defeated by Bob Smither for the entirely symbolic nomination by 7 convention votes.
