Because the term sovereignty is diplomatically priveleged, and words like secession or separation are often an excuse to start a shootin' war, the correct move here is to redirect secession movement and separatist movement to this page, so that those who prefer those terms can use them, and we can continue to avoid anchor text and a proliferation of stupider synonyms... preferring these three terms which mean the same thing.
