Shan Tsutsui, a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 4th Senatorial District in the Hawaii State Senate of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 4th district includes Wailuku, Kahului and Spreckelsville-Paia on the island of Maui, in the state of Hawaii. Senator Tsutsui was first elected to the senate in 2002, reelected in 2006 and 2010. Sen. Tsutsui will be the Senate President in the 2011 Legislature.
