Here is the summaries and page inventories for all cases complete within Section 16. The last 9 pages of 16 spill into 17 and the 'ownership' of that case is pending.
Both sections 15 and 16 I worked on seem to be pretty straight forward medical care sections from somewhere within Afghanistan - gunshot wounds and grenade burns etc. My only question is how directly related to US forces does one have to be to get care? On patient presents after "getting hand caught in tractor fanblade". In Iraq you only get care if the US Army directly caused your injuries and the doctor signs the paper saying so. Are all the Afghan cases related to US injury somehow? Perhaps employment or responsibility by other means?
