Scott Saiki

Scott Saiki (born July 17, 1964, Honolulu), is a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 22nd Representative District in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 22nd District includes the areas of Moiliili, McCully, Pawaa and Kaimuki on the island of Oahu, in the state of Hawaii. Saiki was first elected to a seat in the House in 1994 and has just been reelected to the 22nd district seat in 2006.
Saiki is a graduate of the Hawaii Baptist Academy. He obtained his BA and JD degree from the University of Hawaii.
Saiki, an attorney, was co-chairman of the Joint Senate-House Investigative Committee on the Felix Consent Decree. Saiki has an average to excellent record on environmental concerns. (see below)
