Talk:School shooting
From dKosopedia
Bart, "easy" is a matter of opinion. It may indeed be true but this page is not the place for that. --Centerfielder 14:25, 28 September 2006 (PDT)
On the contrary, compared with firarms laws in other advanced industrial countries it is very easy to get a gun in America. BartFraden. Sept. 28, 2006.
Yes, I agree. But this article is not the place to make that statement; this article is for listing school shootings. Why not put that statement in every item on this list? You've already done the right thing by creating the Gun Violence article and linking to School shooting (though it should be School shootings). Very good. I'm going to revert and unprotect. --Centerfielder 07:30, 29 September 2006 (PDT)
Under 2007, the following is posted.
March 22: Burlington Township, New Jersey: Burlington Township High School conducts a Columbine event drill but encounters howls of outrage from Christian protestant fundamentalists angry that the two mock shooters were "Christians." Yet another example of Conservative Correctness.
This sounds like a bias statement and in addition, isn't a school shooting, but an example of the post-Colombine lockdown drills that caused controversy. I suggest that this entry be removed, and the ip address warned. CurranH 05:29, 17 April 2007 (PDT)
- Agree. It's been removed. Bart, again, this article is for listing school shootings, not editorializing. -- Centerfielder 09:53, 17 April 2007 (PDT)

Centerfielder, let me remind you that I created this page and have done the heavy lifting to maintain it. Look at its history. So I now willingly give to you to maintain. Congratulations. BartFraden.
