Schofield Barracks

Schofield Barracks, located in central Oahu near the town of Wahiawa. In April 1909, the War Department named the post Schofield Barracks after Lt Gen John M. Schofield.
Schofield Barrack houses the following:
- 25th Infantry Division (Light) unit
- Army Garrison
- 703rd Military Intelligence Brigade
- 45th Corps Support Group (Forward)
- Hawaii National Guard
The base has a large population of about 12,005 active-duty personnel with 11,380 family members, along with 3,000 Guard, 1,273 Reserve and 2,673 civilians.
