Royal dictator
From dKosopedia
A Royal Dictator is a monarch who chooses to rule directly as a political executive rather than through political appointees chosen by the monarch or by a legislature. The seizure of power requires the abrogation of informal political norms or constitutional provisions. Direct rule is sometimes politiely described as personal rule. Royal dictatorships usually receive political support from conservative intellectuals and conservative rural populists.
