Rob Hogg is a Democratic lawyer from Iowa. He was born in Iowa City and graduated from City High School and the University of Iowa. Rob was first elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2002, where he represented the 38th district (Cedar Rapids).

He and his wife Kate have three children.
