The article is currently just a list of claims about what terrorism is or is not -- mixed in with some ideas about what purposes may be served by the use of this scare word. One of the functions of propaganda is to interfere with people's abilities to think clearly about an issue so that the person who is designing the propaganda can more easily get his/her way. So we need to take a cold look at what the methodology of terrorism is, why it is favored by certain groups, what its strengths are, and in what ways its use may be counterproductive.
