Ralph Arza

Ralph Arza (R) was a a member of the Florida State House (District 102), and he was first elected to that post in 2000. He is a former high school teacher and football coach.
Arza admitted that he left a racist message on the voice mail of Republican Rep. Gus Barreiro, but said that he was drunk, and "deeply ashamed". Arza has also been acused of using the same epithat against Miami-Dade County school superintendent Rudy Crew, which Arza denies. Arza was being investigated by the House Rules committee, and he resigned instead of facing possible expulsion.
