Process activism

From dKosopedia

Process activism is participation in a political process to change the process, not to achieve a short-term result. For instance, running for an office you are very unlikely to win, to protest and demonstrate a need for electoral reform. Example: Ralph Nader's runs for POTUS under the banner of the Green Party of the United States, Larry Flynt's run for Governor of California.

Extreme process activism may be one of several symptoms of the Troll Age.
