Milky Way

From dKosopedia

First Definition: The Milky Way is the galaxy (a large, organized collection of stars) in which the Sun is located. It can be observed in the night sky as a dense but hazy band of densely gathered points of white light, almost like a long cloud high in the night sky. The Sun is on a spiral arm of the Milky Way galaxy, not in its center.

Second Definition: Milky Way is the registered trademark name of a brand of candy bars. Under some absurd and not widely held interpretations of existing U.S. trademark law, this trademark entitles the candy maker to charge royalties to astronomers, astrologers, and anyone else who talks about that band of light in the sky.
