A Republican politician who used moral values as a voting ploy. He had represented Orange County California as its state representative prior to being caught bragging on tape about extra-marital sex affairs he had. First he denied it, blamed the media for bias, then finally apologized and resigned. It is unclear whether his affairs involved other GOP members. It appears only women and no men were involved in the sex.
