Mark Moses (born May 25, 1948), a member of the Republican Party, has represented the 40th House district on the Hawaii State Legislature since being elected in 1996. The 40th district includes the Royal Kunia, Makakilo, Kapolei and Kalaeloa areas on the island of Oahu, in the state of Hawaii.
Moses has earned a BS Physics with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
Professionally, Moses was a Major in the United States Marine Corps with 24 years professional, aviation, technical, and management training.
Rep. Moses consistently earns low scores on the Sierra Club's Legislative Scorecard (see below).
During the 2005 legislative session, Moses voted against bills that would prohibit Hawaii's landlords and employers from discriminating against gays, lesbians or transsexuals.
