Are these just miscellaneous links that have no home? Seems like this page is probably redundant now.

DRolfe 02:39, 25 Jul 2005 (PDT) - It looks like it was just one user's sandbox for links, maybe they were to be merged into something. The page is an orphan though, and apparently doesn't link to anything internal either. Probably is redundant.

Can we remove it?

I see the "Move this page" link but is there a way to just dump it? Should we?

DRolfe 03:01, 25 Jul 2005 (PDT) - Management has told me before that they aren't interested in culling old boring pages. Their perspective, as I understand it, is that they don't have time to delete old or useless pages. In this case the user (as shown in the history for the article) may not appreciate if his page is deleted (since there is stuff in it). What irks me more is empty pages with crazy titles -- there's no reasonable argument for keeping them around at all. In this case though, there is content here, and the title isn't that stupid, so it's not really hurting anything.
