If he claims to be an Orthodox Jew logic dictates that since he is unmarried he's a virgin.

Logic doesn't dictate. A claim ofr truth is either logical or it isn't. This particular claim for truth would be more plausible if it was supported by some citation in which M. claims to be a 'vigin.'
