Kayne B. Robinson

Kayne B. Robinson is a retired police officer from Des Moines, Iowa. He was the former Assistant Police Chief of Des Moines, and the past president of the National Rifle Association During the 2000 elections, Robinson served as Chairman of the Republican Party of Iowa.
