Kate Kelly

Kate Kelly, a member of the Democratic Party, represents Senate District 18, in the Idaho State Legislature. District 18 is located in the southeastern section of Boise.

Kelly recieved her J. D. from the University of Utah, College of Law. She recieved her M.S., from the University of Idaho, College of Mines and her B.A. degree from George Mason University.

Kelly was Deputy Attorney General in the Idaho Attorney General's Office,from 1993 to 1999. She was an Administrator in the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality from 1999 to 2004
