Jon Riki Karamatsu (born Dec. 21, 1974), a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 41st Representative District in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 41st House district includes the Waipahu, Village Park and Waikele areas of the island of Oahu, in the state of Hawaii. Karamatsu has been a member of the House since 2002.
