Biography

Democrat John Moore serves as Kathleen Sebelius's Lt. Governor for Kansas. Before the Lt. Governorship, he was a vice president of Cessna Aircraft Company. John served as Wichita's United Way Campaign Chairman in 1998 and is also a founding director, past president and boardmember of the Kansas Foodbank. He is a former Republican, who switched parties to run with Sebelius. He has announced that he will retire from public office in November, 2006.
