John Balducci

From dKosopedia

It is apparant ot me that he issue of gay rights is to become a standing issue of the democratic party. I wonder if this a matter of republican political prowiss or if we are actually confrounting the american people of any bias they have upon issues that relate between the church. Hopefully this effort will help the attitudes we hold upon what it means to be a CITIZEN ir reguards to the law and what matters the state has in moral matters that a citizen cannot determine upon his own accord. The difficulty arises out of the need for the gay community to require a legal foum to defend their cilvil liberties from any discrimination and that may prove to be un popular in churh groups that are supporters of what he meaning of law is , Hoe it is derrived and how polititions shoul answer to defence of moral determinations What I do find difficult is the gay parade in the media that is so very open about gay attitudes that it is difficult for the average citizen to comprehend an educated viewpoint that proves the validity of their bearing rights in a moral viewpoint. Yet the methodist church is advancing many denominations that are far more discreet and capable of determining the nature of a gay person and their inhearant right with their creator with a belief in good moral standing. Now it is education that reguards the advancement as citizens as to what is good in allowance to sexual preference and whether such a fear in alowwance would cause experimentation. The question brought is does the state have the authoity to determine marriage as a divine institution or whether it should remain a beurocratic document to allow for two parties to make a binding agreement for legal purposes? Then the churches would individually be allowed to determine for themselves any allowance of same sex marriage,
