Jennifer L. Mann is a Democrat representing the 132nd Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She is the Chair of the DLC's State Legislative Advisory Board.
Mann is a lifelong resident of Allentown. She graduated from the William Allen High School in 1987, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics from Lehigh University in 1991. She used to own a wireless communications company in Allentown.
