Jackie Norris

Jackie Norris is a Democratic political operative from Iowa. She ran Barack Obama's general election campaign in Iowa in 2008, and she was selected to be Michelle Obama's Chief of Staff.

Norris worked in the Office of the Vice President for Al Gore, and she ran his Iowa campaign in 2000, she also served as the state finance director for Gov. Tom Vilsack's successful 1998 campaign. She is a former high school history and government teacher.

She is married to John Norris.
