Resulted in an activist platform, citizen survey, and one highly scoring Councillor (Andrew Younger) elected to Halifax's regional/city council.

More importantly, produced a generic municipal initaitive list useful in many other cities.

Chief instigators: Angela Bischoff, Martin Willison, Craig Hubley, Jen Powley, Emily McManus and Tooker Gomberg (who died in March 2004 but inspired it)
