Harold McEwen Ickes

Harold McEwen Ickes (born September 4, 1939) was deputy White House chief of staff for President Bill Clinton. Ickes chaired Clinton's presidential campaign in New York in 1992. Before that, he was a senior advisor to David Dinkins' successful mayoral election in 1989. He now heads The Media Fund, a 527 committee. He is the son of Harold L. Ickes, who was Secretary of the Interior under Franklin D. Roosevelt.
