Frank Chopp

From dKosopedia

Frank Chopp has been Speaker of the Washington State house from 1998-presant (co-speaker 1998-2002 when there was a tie). He was elected in 1994 from the 43rd district, that includes Capitol Hill, Wallingford, and Freemont. Before working on the legislature he worked for Executive Director, Fremont Public Association, and was a lecturer at the UW Graduate School of Public Affairs (now the Evans School).

His partisan affiliation is unknown.
