Ernie Martin won the Nov. 2, 2010 general election to represent District 2 on the Honolulu City Council. He was one of three candidates in the nonpartisan race for the district. District 2 covers Mililani Mauka, Wahiawa, Whitmore Village, Mokuleia, Waialua, Haleiwa, Waimea, Pupukea, Sunset Beach, Kahuku, Laie, Hauula, Punaluu, Kahana, Kaaawa, Kualoa, Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu and a portion of Heeia.
