Dennis Milligan is the Chairman of the Arkansas Republican Party. He was elected to this post on May 19, 2007. Milligan is a relatively unknown businessman from Bryant, who ran unsuccessfully for the Arkansas State House in 2002 and 2004. Milligan is an anti-abortion, anti-homosexual social conservative, who says that he is "150% behind President Bush" on the Iraq War.
