David Oman

David Oman is the Executive Director of the Iowa CHILD Project, also known as the Iowa Rainforest. He lives in Des Moines, Iowa. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Iowa Health Systems.

Mr. Oman was a top aide to former Governor Robert Ray in the early 1980s, and he unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for Governor in 1998.
