David Denenberg

David Denenbert is a Democratic lawyer from New York, and a Nassau County Legislator. He considered running for Congress in the 3rd District in 2006, but withdrew due to health problems.

Denenberg is a partner in the New York Law firm of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger and Veccione, where he specializes in intellectual property and environmental law. He represents private individuals in lawsuits concerning environmental contamination. He also represents high tech companies and investors in complex patent and trademark matters. With a rare combination of degrees – in chemical engineering from Cooper Union and in law from Brooklyn Law School – Denenberg is uniquely qualified in the environmental and high tech fields.

He and and his wife, Cara, have three children.
