Overview
Clifton Tsuji (born January 20, 1941), is a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 3rd Representative District in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 3rd House District includes the South Hilo, Panaewa, Puna, Keaau, Kurtistown and Maountain View areas of the island of Hawaii, in the state of Hawaii. In the 2004 elections, Tsuji has won his first elective office.
