Chris Halford (born December 13, 1951, Honolulu), a member of the Republican Party, has been elected to represent the 11th House district in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature since 1994. He has been reelected again in 2004. The 11th House district includes the Makawao, Makena, Wailea and Wailuku areas of the island of Maui.
Rep. Halford is owner of Composite Fabricators.
Rep. Halford was born in Honolulu on December 13, 1951 and raised on Maui since the age of 4. He attended Baldwin High School, St. Anthony's Grade School, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
