Charles W. Sanders is a Democrat and military veteran from Ohio. Running for Congress in the 3rd District, see Ohio U.S. House election, 2006. He served in the Army during the Vietnam era.

Sanders originaly lost his 2006 primary bid, but the winner, Stephanie Studebaker, withdrew after she was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband. A special election was called and Sanders re-entered that race, but lost to J. Richard Chema.
