Proposition 87 - California Clean Energy Act

Establishes a petroleum production tax (CA is the only large producer without one), and uses the proceeds to reduce petroleum consumption by 25%, with research and production incentives for alternative energy, alternative energy vehicles, energy efficient technologies, and for education and training.

Proposition 88

Proposition 89 - Clean Money Elections

Provides for public funding of political campaigns, combined with strict limits on contributions. Financed by a 0.2% tax on corporations.
